455 heat riser shroud

Getting a 455 ready to put in a 1970 cutlass I'm working on, i want to install the exhaust manifold heat riser shroud that fits over the exhaust manifold for the air cleaner heater or thermac. I am going to order a reproduction from inline tube. I don't have an old one to look at but I can't find any bolt holes on the manifold to bolt it to. What holds it on? I am using the stock 455 exhaust manifolds.

I'm not 100% sure but did they come with a screen in the top of the pipe?

PIM 6-1; 136 specifies the screen filter assembly (230725) for the 455 CU.IN. "A" SMT, standard air cleaner. On the following page of the PIM it shows the OAI system with the same filter assembly specified; however, no distinction is made between transmission types.

BAMiller - just make sure to install the shroud BEFORE the engine goes in.
