Please help to decode

Hi folks, new at posting and do not how to post photo yet. Hope I am doing this post correct. I HAVE A 1969 442 CONVERTIBLE. One member helped me out with information and suggested I put info out to all for feedback. I appreciate any and all help with the cowl tag, especially the convertible top color and if car was a special order color.

69-34467 BF 00071 BDY
947 - A PNT

Thank for any help

69 = 1969 model year
3 = Oldsmobile
44 = 442
67 = convertible
BF = built at Fremont, California
947 = antique parchment vinyl bucket seat

The paint code is weird as there are normally TWO codes with one indicating lower body color and the other one the upper color. But if you have a hyphen (-) in the first location, that could indicate a custom or special order color not among the normal choices. The "A" means white convertible top.

10D = built 4th week of October 1968.

The two big numbers at the bottom don't mean anything decodable as far as I know. The 00071 is the Fisher Body sequence number and is also not decodable.

No, it isn't. There's only one dash because the second dash would have designated the upper body color, which in this case is the convertible top. Everyone knows about the four special order colors for the 1970 model year, but there were also four special order colors for the 1969 model year:

Amethyst Metallic
Caribbean Turquoise
Nugget Gold
Tornado Jade

OK, I meant it in the "figure of speech" sense.
