On my '69, I assume the area outlined in red in the picture are the gauge grounds. What is the one circled in yellow, and does it require some kind of isolator between the lock washer and printed circuit? I removed the unit and took it apart to polish the lense, and when I re-installed it, it blows the fuse when I turn the ignition switch on. Did I get something in the wrong place or omit something? I would appreciate some help, as I cannot find a good pic of this with enough detail to check it out.

I just did a quick check on my 70-72 gauges and a 73 gauge pod. They are a little different, but there is not an isolater on these gauges.
