head Number?
this number is stamped on a pad at the front of the head.
V113499 what does it mean?

That is the engine unit number for a 1966 400 cid Olds engine. Cylinder head "B" as used in 1966 model year production?

V = 400 engine, 13,499th 1966 400 engine assembled.
