1971 w30 question

I have an opportunity to purchase a 71 w30, hardtop, 4speed, buildsheet. It does not have the correct heads, has E heads instead of H, most everything else is correct, including original block. It appears that the H heads are impossible to fine, wondering how much this affects the value of the car. guy is asking 43k, paint and interior are excellent, framed off about 10 years ago. Thanks for you comments.

That's major
long search and $$$

I can make replicas of course, for the meanwhile.

Makes you wonder what ELSE is incorrect- distributor, carb, water pump, etc.

No buildsheet was available for this era of Olds from Lansing, do you mean the broadcast card?

The lack of correct heads affects the value a LOT. $43K is optimistic, since the engine is no longer a W-30 motor. Obviously, this motor has been apart at some time, so what else was done?

the prices keep going up on these cars but if that's the car I think it is you should be paying 20 - 25% less than that for it.
