wheel/disc brake caliper interference?

So after much deliberation, I bought a set of Cragar SS wheels and new tires. I love the look, but the front wheels do not clear the caliper. The wheel spokes, (cragar ss) hit the front face of the caliper. Is there a special wheel I need or? I just don't remember this being an issue 'back in the day".
The front wheel size is 15x7, with a 4 inch backspace. The back space should not really matter because it is the spokes that are hitting.

Any ideals?

Don't have a picture but from internet searches it appears I need a 3/8 spacer/longer wheel studs. What a bi**h!

I have 68 442 and ordered a set of cragar wheels, 15x7, direct fit, not unilug. They do not fit on the front, the backside of the spokes hit the front face of the brake caliper. The wheel has a 4in backspace.

I cannot believe that there isn't a cragar ss that would fit this car/brake combination.

The end of this story...

I finally had to install a machined 3/8 inch spacer to push the wheel out far enough to clear the brake caliper. The 67=68 caliper has a raised ridge which make installing aftermarket wheels near impossible.
After putting on the spacer, longer wheel studs were required, that is where the real fun begins. I needed a 7/16 x 2 inch stud which a .560 knurl, which nobody makes, so I had to order 21/2 inch long and machine them down to 2 in. Everything clears fine, but what a job just for new wheels and a different look!
