Rare Cutlass Rally Rim
I have a Rare Cutlass Rally that I dont know nothing about I never seen a wheel like this one can someone tell me a lil about this wheel. I call it a Cragar style cutlass rally with a 4'' lip. I posted the Rare wheel and a 15x7 wheel look a the inside of the 2 wheels

I'm not an expert with the vintage, but the mid 1980's 442's had something similar to that.
There's a web site that has Oldsmobile rally wheels identified by photo on, I'll try to located it again.

when i first seen these wheels, I was like a kid in a candy store. I would love to know who made these wheels. I have a set of the 80's 15x7. I never seen these wheels and i had alot of cutlass cars in my life time.

OK, I misunderstood. So your focused on the extra step near the center. Is it wider than 7"? As 1970supremevert suggested it could be aftermarket. I've got some 15X8 rallys that started out life as 14X6 wheels, but the centers were cut out and welded into 8" rings. Are there any codes stamped into the outer ring? All the factory ones I've seen have letter and number codes near the valve stem, under the tire or on the backside of the ring.

I look on the back side and i didnt see any number stamp on there. mybe its in the inside. I look on another thread that say Lets See Your 15" Tires and i see that someone has a brown 70 cutlass that has the same wheeles on the back 15x10 and 15x8 in the front. it seem like there are more of these wheel around the US.

I have a set 15x7 with center caps languisihing in my loft only had 5k put on them, never been exposed to bad weather.
Stop gap look for 87 442 with rusty originals those were gold and the step was slightly different!

Looks aftermarket to me. Not rare and not factory.
