Well, most folks go for the 15x7 versions as the G-body era 14x7s use the same limited selection of 14" tires. As far as I know (not much) the snap on center caps are the same for all the SSIII wheels, so you could easily swap them out.
The bezels around the five cutouts are 1980s versions, so these are likely from a G-body. Someone has put aftermarket stickers over the Olds rocket in the centers. There are actually a variety of centers that fit these.

As you said, "Most likely 6" wide", BUT not all... I have three sets of 14x7's with push on caps... Used from 1978 up to 1980 and possibly 1981...
