The rims are 15" Kelsey-Hayes used on Cadillac '55-'59. Also called Sabre wheels. If you go for these wheels, try to get the same casting number (part number?) group, such as 41098. Each wheel also has it's own serial number. If they get stolen you have specific I.D. If you want aluminium wheels try B body Olds and Buick '83-'84. More common on Buicks, hard to find Olds caps. The Buick wheels are a different colour than Olds but same wheel. There are also two styles of wheel nut for these aluminium wheels, early and late. Don't mix and match.
Wow! That is an incredibly nice looking set of hard to find wheels. These are usually all pitted up between the fins and are definitely not something you want to have restored.
I had a ( one previous owner )
'56 Eldorado with the factory gold Sabre wheels. The gold finish was dull from cleaning. I found this set and was just amazed at the condition. They were actully to nice for my car. Never used them. The car is now gone.
Super nice nice Sabre rims, if I had the cash, I would jump on it, but it’s a little out of my price range just because I’m also going to need 15” tires as well. I’m just looking to be able to roll with Caddy hub caps on my 58 and be able to roll without and or switch them out.
So from what I understood, I need either Olds B- body rims or 83-84 Buick rims?

If you don't have the Cadillac hubcaps yet I've got several sets from the early/mid 1960's.
