84 Delta 88 15 inch rims fit my 1969 Delta

I have a set of 15 inch Delta 88 wire wheel disks I would like to use on my 1969 Delta 88. The 69 rims offset is not able to accommodate them.
can I use 1988 Delta 88. 15 inch rims 7 inch width? Appreciate any advice.
Thanks Rick

No. The Delta 88 was FWD in 88. Those wheels will NOT fit. Look for wheels on 88s and 98s through 76; as well as, wheels from 91-96 Chevy Impalas/Caprices.

Your title indicates you're asking if 1984 Delta 15" wheels will fit your 69.

If the 84 wheels are the correct 5x5 bolt circle they should fit. Wagons and Ninety Eights used the 5x5 wheels but I can't remember if Delta coupes and sedans had them, or the 4.75x5 bolt pattern.

Joe P has both sedans and wagons. He'll know.

The 84 delta would have the 5x4.75 pattern and therefore not fit the 69.

The 1977-1984 GM C-body cars (Olds Ninety Eight) and the 1977-1990 GM B-body wagons all came with 15x7" wheels and the 5 x 5" bolt pattern. Also 1977-1985 B-body cars with the HD brake package will also have these wheels. The 1986-newer FWD Delta 88 wheels have both the wrong offset and a metric bolt pattern.

2wd fullsize trucks and vans have the 5x5 pattern and came with 15" rims through the early 90s. This might be an option, at least easier to find in the boneyard.
