These are hard to come by. Padalin31 may have some. I believe there are two different designs. One has the clip on the lip of the trim ring and the other has the clip in the body of the trim ring. good luck.
From what I understand, the '68 and '69 14x6 SSII's used a 'brushed' finish trim ring and not a polished ring. Every picture of original cars seems to confirm this whereas restored cars are almost always seen with a polished ring. I attribute that to the lack of originals although you could pretty easily dull the polished finish to make them more original.
I've got two '69's which were originally outfitted with SSII's but, unfortunately, neither had the trim rings when I got the cars. Actually, I take that back. The spare on my red Cutlass did have the ring in the trunk. I wouldn't call it brushed but it sure isn't polished. None of the reproduction places sell an accurate version of the correct ring.
I have heard that Aames sells a 14" brushed trim ring in their GTO catalog that is the most accurate but have never seen one in person.
Here is a picture of my red '69 from sometime in the early 2000's (way before I got it). You can see the finish on the rings. Keep in mind the car is over 30 years old at this point and everything is wet (shiny) from rain. I think you can still tell that they certainly aren't polished.
Hmm, yours look different than mine. 68 vs 69? I'm not 100% sure mine are original. I did get the complete rims and trim from the original owner of a 68 442.
I have found that the Olds brushed finish trim ring is the same as the Pontiac Rally 1 rings. I checked this out years ago and this is my recollection.
I have an NOS set of GM 475019 trim rings. They were used on quite a few GM cars with 14 by 6 rally wheels. Not listed as an Olds part number, but may work. PM me if interested
Thanks for the great pictures hurst68olds. The '69 rings you show look like the ones in the photo of my red car as far as detail and contour. And, seeing your photos of the '68 parts, I'll clarify my earlier statement and say the one '69 part I have is NOT brushed. It's not polished to a high luster but definitely closer to that condition than brushed.
To the OP, I'd be cautious getting reproductions as I think it might be pretty tricky for an aftermarket group to get those clips engineered right. They may look accurate but could bounce off after hitting your first road bump - or maybe stay on so good that you have to break them to get the ring off. I'd be really surprised if they aren't straight off the boat from an offshore supply house with cheap materials.
I don't plan on ever using the one I've got. I'd be happy to let you have it at minimal cost + shipping. Better it be put on a car than sit in my garage. I have to think you'd be able to find 3 more out there somewhere.
Here are a few pics of real ones that are on my niece's '68. I always thought they were for '68 only and that the '69 trim ring was more polished but now I'm thinking these are correct for both years.
per the parts books 1969 version and a mid-'70s version
1969 shows two different SSII 14" trim rings (my take: brushed 1968 VS. polished '69 both with 4 "spring clip" mounting points)
1970s shows two different SSII 14" trim rings (my take: brushed 1968 with 4 "spring clip" mounting points VS. '69 polished with "new" 16-teeth for retention)
I have the trim rings with the 16 serrated teeth that I was using on my '68's but they do not have a lip on the inside. So is the trim ring with metal clips the correct one for '68?
OK, just re-read post #12. Have it figured out now.

Sorry to dig this one up - but with those reproduction trim rings - I bought 2 of them, to test - does one have to deflate the tire to get them on?
I tried hammering them on with a rubber mallet - I could not get the clips to clip on to the lip of the rim.
I know these are too bright/polished (I am using these on my 68 H/O) but it's not a show car.
I sure wish I could get them to fit because they look fine! (Taiwan made - but at least not Red China!)
