255/60-15 and 215/65-15 on lowered 1965 Cutlass - Pictures

Hi everyone, I just put some new wheels and tires on my 1965 Cutlass and want to share some pictures of the resulting look and tire clearances.

Rims are Wheel Vintiques 62 series, 15x7 with 4.5" BS front and 15x8 with 5.5" BS back.
Tires are 215/65-15 front and 255/60-15 back. Also ET Street 26x10.5-15.
Rear end is 8.2 BOP 10-bolt but not stock, it's the later and wider one (66 - up?).
Car has BMR Handling performance package level 1 which produces a 1" drop.

Hope this helps someone trying to find their stance or fit their tires!

BMR Handling package 1" drop, Wheel Vintiques 62 series

Bridgestone 255/60-15

Thanks! I know they're not everyone's cup of tea but I've always liked the steelie look with dog dishes. Big, shiny wheels are not for me...

The stance on your ride is what I want on achieve on my 64 F-85 build. Currently the on the 64 front looks good, the back is sitting a little to high with stock height Hotchkis springs. I'm hoping when I get the car bouncing around in the street it will settle, but I don't think so. I may order 1or 2 inch drop springs for the rear. The car has stock 15x7 GM big car steelies. I have junk tires, 225x70x15 on the front and I think they will rub when I turn hard. 215 or even 205"s may have to work. I wonder what the difference is in the back spacing front vs rear with what you have? I think the BS on the stock GM 15's is 4.5 but I will have to look that up. I also think there's company's out there than can take the GM steelies and move the back spacing to where you want it? Or am I dreaming?

Nice car! You can find all my data including backspacing in my first post:
front 15x7 with 4.5" BS and back 15x8 with 5.5" BS.
