A bodies have really deep wheel wells, I'm running a 295/25/22 on the rear of my 72 cutlass and i still have about an inch between the tire and frame and about an inch between the tire and wheel well. You can easily put a 13 inch rim without having to tub.

You mean 1970-1972 A bodies. 68-69 cars do NOT share that feature.
