1967 442 correct wheels

Were SS2's available on a '67? In the reference materials I have, it only shows hubcaps and SS1 for '67. I'm trying to help a friend do a correct resto on his convertible. Thanks

No SS2's in 67,only SS1's or plain steel wheels with caps. If the 67 had disc brakes then no SS1's

I'm biased, but I think the SS1's look perfect on the 67's. These are 245/60r/15's on repro 15x7 SS1's on my '67. I think they fill up the wheel wells nicely. Just my 2-cents.

I would agree. I thought wire wheel covers were available.

Good memory! The wire wheel covers can be seen in this sales ad/poster.

Thanks for the replies. I was reasonably sure there weren't SS2's for '67 but wanted to make certain.

A 67 442 was a Cutlass Supreme with a package, so the Cutlass Supreme could have:

N95 is the wire wheel looking color
P01 were one wheel disc
P02 were a nicer wheel disc.
P05 is the SSI

Stock were the dog dish/poverties.

There were specific steel wheels for front disc and thus meant no SSI for that option.

More info here.
