1967 Rally Wheels?

I was told the rims on my car are original...did Olds make rally wheels in 1967 and if so are the bezels interchangable with newer rally's?? I lost one of the bezels and need to replace it. They all look the same but I am not sure.

Thanks

Yes, 1967 models could be ordered with super stock 14" wheels - option P05. The catch was they were not available if you ordered the car with power front disc brakes (option J52
The super stock wheels for 67 were the SS1's and looked like this:

The 'newer' model rims were known as SSII and SSIII.

The SSII's were painted an argent grey color - regardless of body color. Bolt on center caps. I believe only available in 14" OEM. Trim ring and center cap is available aftermarket

SSIII's were color matched to the lower body color. Clip on center caps. Available in 14" or 15" OEM. Trim ring and center cap is available aftermarket.

If you need the little trim bezels that fit into the 5 openings? LMK I have spares (in both styles) I'll sell cheap

Any chance you can post a pic of your wheel? I have spare center caps for clip ons, and also both style of bezels for the 5 openings.

The center caps ARE different in size and attachment.

It is dark and not very clear, but you have SSIII's and the center cap is a clip on. Those little bezels are only held on by spring pressure on the back of the inboard edge. Chances are someone put it on wonky and the bezel came off after a fair bit of vibration. All bezels will fit, but they do look different. You want an early style bezel.

What's your location?
