1955 Intake Manifold Casting # ?

Request out to let me know what your '55 4-bbl intake casting # is? I have seen casting # 563966 (that's what's on my '55 currently) listed as a 1956. The books say '54-'55 intake should be casting # 564099.
This thread is selling a 563966 advertised as '55-'56, I am confused I thought '56 exhaust crossover ports were slightly different ( https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...intake-174165/ )
Let me know please.

Yes thank you mine is too, I don't think its for a '56, but could work on '56. The '56 wont work on '55 w/o swapping the valley tray. It will be nice to get others to chime in on their casting numbers.

The seller of that manifold is mistaken.
They should have stated that it is a 1954 or 55 manifold that may also fit a '56.
The ports on the '56 were larger but the '54 & '55 manifold will bolt on and work on a '56.
Here's a page from the parts book, unfortunately part numbers are not the same as casting numbers.
And they seldom are with engine castings
