front seat mounting brackets?

I have been busy installing the new seats and trim panels today, just one issue .What do the front seat brackets look like? The forward ones that bolt to the floor then the fork slides into them and then you bolt the rear of the slider to the floor.I dont remember ever having them and have searched the few parts bins i have left.Any one have a spare set from a parts car?Do you think i could just make them from some steel rod?Mabey a picture would help but i dont think they are here and like i said i dont remember taking them off,i do remember the seat was pretty loose when i bought the car as it was a pain to adjust it.any help appreciated thanks Glen
