Transmission cross member mounting brackets

Transmission cross member mounting brackets
Looking for some help locating the rubber insulators and mounting brackets and hardware for a 71 Cutlass.
If I later swap to a 4 speed do I need a new cross member?
Turbo 350 and turbo 400 share the same cross member?
Thanks.

Cross member is the same for TH350 and TH400. What rubber insulator are you talking about? Are you talking about the rear transmission mount? You can get a polyurethane mount from Energy Suspension for cheap. It comes with all the hardware. The only other thing you will need are 4 bolts for the cross member itself (2 on each end where it mounts to the frame).

I have never seen a Cutlass with the rubber crossmember insulators. My fathers' 66 LeMans has them, and I know some other GM cars do, but even the 71 Factory Assembly manual does not show them in any application.

I found the cross member in the trunk...it has no holes drilled in it.
I was assuming it was Pontiac Style and used insulators and brackets.
I'm guessing I can use it with the brackets and insulators?
I thought all the A bodies within the same wheelbase used the same frame.
If not,I will need to locate a correct cross member.
Any pics guys?
Thanks.
