These guys picked up that operation:

Oldsmobile Antique Auto Battery (1954-1965) S60KL - BCM (batterycentralmall.com)

In my experience there is a lead time to obtain a battery.

Just use a modern battery and keep your "old school" one for car shows, even if it no longer holds a charge.

I bought 2 Series 31 batteries (the same that big rigs use) for my Ford diesel truck. The price was ok, but they're only 1 year batteries! 🤬

Jesse, there is no "modern " battery that fits in place of the original group 60 battery on 54 thru 64 Olds
Group 27 is probably closest, but it will not fit in the tray properly and the hold down can't be used.

The minor issue is that the Group 31 doesn't quite fit the hold down. You have to leave the long edge up off the side of the battery. This is on a '55.
