1956 88 Running Light Screw Question

I replaced the buckets on the front bumper running and blinker lights on my 56 Olds. Every screw for the Bezels have a different head. I would like to replace them all to a matching set. Can someone tell me the thread for the screws that hold that all together? The back posts are 10/32 but the fronts are smaller. I naturally went with 8/32 but they don't feel quite right. They only go in a couple threads and stop. It's possible the threads just need cleaned out with a tap but didn't want to chase the threads with the wrong tap. I can take a screw to the store and try multiple nuts but thought it might be less aggravating to ask if someone knows for sure what they are. I appreciate the help!

Sorry I don't know, but is there enough meat left in the hole to support a 8-32 screw, if so I would just run a tap in it and go for it. All the screws bolts should be standard thread, so metrics shouldn't be a factor...Tedd
