You will find quite a few mid to late 40s Oldsmobile owners including a few 1948 owners.Everyone here seems very willing to share their experiences, extra parts they may have and places where you can find parts once you get started with the restoration. 90 series Oldsmobiles never sold as many as the smaller Oldsmobiles likely because they were top of the line and more expensive. Parts are generally not reproduced and a restorer is on their own to hunt down good used parts or make their own.
When you get started take lots of photos of the work and the finished parts and share them with us here on the Vintage Olds forum.
