Hi if the torque converter going bad what kind of problem happens?
And is there any way to check the condition of the TC?

I'm not sure how you specifically check the torque converter. What type of problem are you having? I would imagine a bad torque converter would simply cause the transmission to slip more than expected.

 

Ok i have problem with my th400, its spitt oil from filling tube and i try to solve the problem and se if i can take some things out of the equation

When I have trouble shooting something, I just stand closer.

 

You need to provide more information.

Transmission fluid coming out of the fill tube could be due simply to the transmission being overfilled. Are there any other symptoms of a problem with the transmission? Does the car move forward when you put it in Drive? Does it shift through the gears ok? What about when you put it in Reverse?

 

It also can be a clogged vent tube located on the top of housing.

 

Hard to pull solutions from the sky. Need much more detail if you want an intelligent answer(s).
Many symptoms of a bad converter are similar to a bad trans. Slippage, noise etc. There are some trouble shooting methods to help isolate a possible bad converter they again are similar to trouble shooting a trans.
Generally if your loosing fluid out of the vent tube in a TH400 its over full. Fluid level & condition is generally step 1 in transmission tbl shooting.
To answer the question, yes pull out the TC and cut it open.

 

Generally a bad converter would lead to slipping and vibrations.

 

X2 on the vent tube or it's overfilled. Heat is also an issue with slippage. I'd check cooling lines and vac line to the control module also make sure nothings leaking I can see a pinhole in the vac line causing some problems shifting.

 

A vacuum leak to the modulator will lead to very late shifts.

 

Make sure the vacuum to the modulator is manifold vacuum and not ported vacuum.

 

With ported vacuum the trans will not shift until an ungodly hi rpm. You'll be singing the Little Nash Rambler Beep Beep song, and yelling "hey buddy how do I get this thing out of second gear"

 

The only time I ever had a trans shoot fluid out of the dipstick tube it was due to extreme overheating.
