There are lots of threads on this I'd do a search. I think the crossmember just needs moved back.

And you need to adapt the carb to work with a TV cable. The 2004r trans requires a TV cable to work correctly.

Trans, Converter, Rear Mount
TV Cable, TV Cable Carb Brkt (OE not hard to find on Parts Wanted Forums)
Some type of lockup circuit, if wanted - search here & ROP for threads.
Your driveshaft & xmbr should work. I reuse TH350 dipstick, tube, dust cover.
Carb throttle arm mod or change to proper TV stud type.
If you want manual access to low gear, mod column detent / shifter detent.
Metric converter & rear mount bolts.
TH400 primary e-brake cable & shorter secondary cable (I just shorten it & use a uni stop)
