I'm 99% sure I have the wrong slip yoke...

Car is a 72, 455 up front. Added in a TH400. Sitting in my driveway that is at an incline, car on and idling, it pukes trans fluid out big time from the slip yoke, it coming from the weep hole in the slip yoke. The Tailshaft to trans connection was already leaking so I tore everything down today to fix all of the leaks and address the yoke.
As you can see from the images I have the short tail shaft and a 32 spline. You will also notice I do NOT have a provision on the shaft for a rubber O-ring, which leads me to believe the slip yoke I have is incorrect and therefore why its puking trans fluid ?? Im under imporssion only when you have an o-ring shaft do you need to use the weep hole slip yoke. This current Yoke measures 5 inches total length as well

My question is, knowing its a 32 spline, non O-Ring shaft, do I simply just get another 32 spline slip yoke at the current length of 5 inches, or do I need a different length so its correct ? And no weep hole of course assuming I'm correct on the assumption from above
** Also for ref I am replacing the governor gasket (it was leaking) as well as the driven gear housing O-ring, it was also leaking) - pain in the rear to source, if anyone has Part numbers that I can use on Summit or Jegs would be great vs using these 3rd party transmission sites.
The only Part #'s I can find on summit is this PART # SUM-705141 - Tailshaft Seal and Busing Kit

I didn’t know there was a “soft plug”…do you have a link or an image of what it is ? I don’t want to use silicone for fear it will eventually work loose. I do have a mig welder but I don’t have a press to get the yoke off so I’d have to take the drive shaft to a shop with a press for that on/off

The weep hole is actually an air vent hole for transmissions with an O-ring seal at the splines. Your output shaft doesn't have the o-ring, hence the leak. The hole prevents a pneumatic lock when you ipush the yoke into place.

A "soft plug" is just a brass or steel freeze plug.

I watched a quick YouTube video and realized I didn’t need a press to get the yoke out so I just disassembled it. Here’s the backside of it looks pretty manageable for me to put my Mig on it.

Personally I would just clean that really well with lacquer thinner and hit it with a dab of Permatex Ultra Black. Done.
