Hello, I wanted to know if anybody could help me out.

I own a 1969 Cutlass with an Olds 350 and an auto 3 speed transmission, but would like to swap tha tranny out and put in a 4 speed manual. Does anyone know what manual transmissions will fit my build and what the modifications necessary are? Also, what was the original 1969 transmission that came with the Olds 350?
