I have this bell crank that I need to make work with dual carbs. This first picture if for reference.

Seems like I might be able to get this working if I was able to modify the part below to fit on the rear carb.

 

What kind of multi-carb intake do you have? The part you're looking to modify is supposed to fit under a 2 barrel carb (maybe the Rochester 2GC) while the last pic shows a 2x4 intake.

 

Offenhauser. That part gets the bell crank in about the right position. It would have to be modified to mount onto the back stud of the rear carb. I'd only use about this much of it:
