transmission help

will my stock th350 trans hold up to the torque of my fresh 455 .30 over stock build

it has a shift kit in it to help

I don't know how rough the shift kit is though.

IMHO I like the 400 or better yet a built 700R4 if possible. Guess the weight shouldn't be an issue ('71 Supreme Convt?) so the TH350 should hold up if recently freshened up as well. Do you have pics?
