Here's one that's automatic/manual. I'm sure you could get a full-manual valve body with transmission brake too if you wanted it.

FWIW, I considered putting a full-manual valve body in my 86 Ford F250 since it's a diesel and the vacuum modulator metered orifice is no longer manufactured. Instead I had the Vacuum Regulator Valve (metered vacuum orifice) rebuilt by the one supplier available online. After a C6 rebuild the transmission shifts like a champ.

If youre asking if it came that way from the factory, then no.
It would have come with higher shift points, and the ability to hold the gear longer when manual shifting.
But should operate as normal when left in the drive position

The OW valve body is kinda unique. The OW and Buick Stage 1 BB calibration are the same, this has been discussed at length on the V8buick forum.

What specifically are you wanting to know? If your wanting to convert to a manual/auto valve body, it’s a fairly easy modification if your comfortable removing the valve body. If you want full manual, it’s a little more involved but is easy enough.

Either way, if you are SURE you have a OW valve body, I’d suggest finding another valve body to modify.
