Did you check the flid level with it warmed up and in park, with engine running? There is a vent tube on the case of the transmission, it may be clogged. Can also be a bad filter or the transmission is toast.

Yes i have check the fluid the right way and the vent tube is ok, probably the trans has to be rebuild, is there anything that the motor can couse whit the trans? Like vacum problem or something? I tried also to change the vacum modulator but it doesnt help, thanks!

Mine spit about half a quart once and punched the dipstick up against the hood. The cause was a clogged vent tube. ran fine after I installed a complete new tube. make sure its clean at the trans as well as the opening.

My chev van does this, whenever it sits without running for a few days.
I have narrowed it down to a 2 part problem...... the dipstick grommet doesn't have a perfect seal, so I run it a little low on fluid to prevent it from leaking while driving.
The reason it leaks after sitting for a few days, is that the fluid from the torque converter creeps back down into the pan, which allows the fluid level to rise....allowing the dipstick tube to leak once again.

I have also checked trans cooler and blew trough it, the vent tube seams to be ok becouse i have put some small string trough it, and i dont think its boiling becouse it spitts allmost right away when i start driving, i have been think about the converter but some told me it cant be the problem, but i dont know! Thanks,
