Slim Jim reseal/refresh

Considering a '61 Olds with a leaky transmission that shifts OK but has high miles. How hard is it to find a shop to reseal and restore the transmission to factory specs? What would be a ballpark estimate for the cost of doing this?

I don't know of any shops that service the Slim Jim. Hopefully Charlie or others know of a good shop.

The Slim Jim in my 64 Olds 98 was problematic. The bummer is that most of the technicians that serviced these transmissions retired long ago.
