No Reverse and seems to not shift to passing gear

what do you think will a trans flush repair this

not a chance, and if it for some reason it did, i would not trust the tranny for any kind of milage afterwards

What type of transmission is it? What type of car? I agree with the others, a flush wouldn't generally fix a problem like that.

No reverse means transmission it shot

Don't the turbo 350s and 400s go into reverse by holding the sun and planetary gear set with a reverse band? Maybe the band is just worn. Of coure that still means you have to completely rebuild the transmission.
