Heys guys, just bought my first classic car a partially restored 1969 Cutlass supreme. Once I got home I noticed the cable going from the gas pedal to the transmission was broke. I've went to all 4 autoparts stores in town and nobody can get one to pull up on the computer. I've also googled it but haven't had no luck finding one that looks like the one that's on it, I'm not sure if it's already been replaced once with a different one. If anyone has a part number or a website that has one that would help alot, thanks.

That's looks like it but looking at that one mine doesn't look broke. The little plastic cylinder on the cable slides right through the hole on the pedal and will just slide out. Maybe the cable is fine and I'm just missing something on the pedal. I have never even heard of a kickdown cable till I bought the car so I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like or how it connects I just know it won't stay in the pedal now.

You're missing the metal clip that goes on the short rod crimped to the end of the cable. The clip is spring loaded and can be adjusted on that rod to change where the trans kickdown engages.
Ensure that the plastic insert for the hole in the pedal is there. I somewhat recently got my car back from the transmission shop and the insert was on the floorboard and the trans wouldn't downshift because the cable slipped through the slot on the side of the pedal.
Can you post a pic showing the end of the cable? What I can see looks like the one on my car, with the tubular sleeve that is a spacer on the end of the cable, and on mine there is a keeper crimped onto the metal cable on the outer end of the sleeve.

Mine looks exactly like the picture you posted, my pedal is just missing that plastic insert. The cable has that same crimp on also. That picture helps alot I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks for the help.
That doesn't look like any factory instillation I've ever seen. How do you adjust it? Every TH350 Olds I've ever worked on had the clip as in the photo I posted. This is also what is shown in the Chassis Service Manual.

??? Look again. The factory configuration uses a spring clip, not the crimp and tube or spacer or whatever that is. The whole point of the spring clip is that you can slide it along the fitting on the end of the cable to adjust where the kickdown occurs relative to throttle position.
