Hurst His/Hers Shifter With 200-4R OD Trans
Hey guys,
Is anyone running a 200-4R with a hurst his/hers shifter? They sell a retrofit kit for it and I'm wondering if it works. Any problems? Does it function like normal? Please let me know. Thanks

Shiftworks has the setup, but Joe P. has commented that the 4th gear is where the neutral location presently is. Attached is a link to the company that sells this, then below that are several old threads discussing this swap.

Hurst USED to make an aftermarket dual gate for the 700R4 and 200-4R in the early 1980s. It's long out of production. Units show up on ebay rarely and sell for stupid money when they do ($600 and up! ). As noted, I've seen the Shiftworks kit installed and I wouldn't get one. All it does is change the lever arm ratios so that you engage fourth when the lever is in the neutral position. P-R-N are all squeezed together in the remaining space.
