Change vac switch Setting on 200-4R Transmission

I would like to adjust the vacuum switch from superior on my 200-4R transmission so that it will lock up the torque convertor a bit earlier. Currently Set for 13”w/c. The convertor gets busy around 48-52 mph. Which way would I slightly adjust the screw? The switch has a range from 6”-22” w/c
TIA
Jeff

I get the part about the adjustment, I just don’t know which way to turn it, less “w/c makes the torque converter come in earlier or later or more “w/c ??
I’m thinking if I want it to lock up earlier, I use the adjustment to have it lock up with more vacuum than what it is set at now ?
