4 speed hump

does anyone have a picture of what the bottom of the hump should look like in a 70 442 i want to get the size of the hole right so it looks factory (although no one will ever see it).

I'll try to post pics I took from an original '70 4 spd car showing the factory cutout in the floor.

Warning....it isn't pretty...they used a torch and the hole is fairly ragged....you said you wanted "factory" so that's what you'll get in these pics.

Stay tuned.

does it have a hump welded to it on the inside? that don't look like a factory job with the holes around it.

thats how it looked when i got the car. my guess is they drilled the spot welds and removed the hump. also i got a hump from another car to add on and it lines up with that hole and the holes that could be from the spot welds line up as well.
