350 trans will not shift

Hello everyone, I just changed my carburetor on my 1984 cutlass Calais 307 to a E brock now my transmission won’t shift,help!

What transmission does it have? If it is a 350 as in the title then check for manifold vacuum to the transmission modulator. From the picture it looks as though the TV cable is not attached as in an OD trans. Is it attached and is it definitely a 350 trans, not too common in that car.

Yes it is a 350 transmission, the original was given me so much trouble, I change it 350 15 years ago never have problem until I put the carburetor. Thank you I will check that out.
