200-4R Pump Stator Washer

Hi all, I have my 200-4R out of my Custom Cruiser right now to take care of a leaky pump seal, and when removing the pump I noticed that the plastic stator washer had a couple chewed up tabs that help it guide onto the pump. Unfortunately I'm not having much luck finding a replacement washer in the same color-coded thickness, but I have found some online that are thinner by about .014 to .020". My question is, if I'm unable to find a replacement washer, should I put the old one back in with the worn-out tabs? Or should I buy the thinner washer at the risk of extra endplay?

Photos of the washer and where it sits for reference:

Thanks!

What was the end play before you took it apart? If the clearances were already on the loose side, you don’t want to open them up more. Try CK performance, he might have the washers.

I haven't been able to check the current end play since I don't own a dial indicator, but I'll give CK Performance a try to see if they can match what I currently have.

that one isn't that bad. You can run that one - I've seen worse. You will need some trans gel to hold it into place when you put the pump back on. You can clearance thicker ones by wet sanding them on a granite table to the thickness you need. These have be reproduced in a few sizes - before then you had to do the above. Seems to be that washer moved when the last person torqued into the place. ^ Trans Gel
