66 Toro under dash bulbs

What is the correct bulb for the under dash courtesy lights on a 66 Toronado? I have 2 #90 bulbs but I had a hard time screwing them in. Not sure if they're correct or not
Also, should the bulb have 1 or 2 contacts on the bottom?

I think you mean ignition switch light ? There must be a bulb some place close. Front seat back is probably in the back of the front seat, probably at the bottom to light the floor. I can't go take a look til next week when it gets warmer outside. I have scanned the owners manual, if you would like a copy of that.

Didn't know Toronado had an ignition switch light, you learn something new every day 😎

Most fullsize Oldsmobiles had an ignition switch lamp thru 1968. Don't think I've ever seen one on a GM locking column through strangely a lot of Chrysler products did, and they bought Saginaw steering columns from GM.

You'll also see a little green jewel light above each dash ashtray. They disappeared for a few years in early 70s but reappeared when the big cars downsized in 77. One of those little touches that made an Oldsmobile an Oldsmobile.

Oldster, that would be great if you could check that, I wonder if there actually is a light under the back of the front seats
