Restored 79 Toro
Hagerty lists a concours 1980 Toronado for $12, 700. I think a 79 would be practically the same. Hagety says a 77 Toronado in concours condition could go for $13,700.

The thing to know about this is that Toronados aren't collector's cars. There's no way a shop could restore it and make money. If you inherited a nice 79 Toronado it's probably in excellent or good condition. Concours is like new off the showroom floor with tires, filter, belts, etc. to match what the factory used; as well as, paint over spray marks that reflect assembly on the line.
