I had that car for 5 years and all the issues were with US spec. parts.
The GM spark module on the intake would fry in the AZ heat and the 4 cats were really clogged. I found a dis honest muffler guy here who reamed out the cats for me and then it ran like a raped ape! I finally traded it for a 14 foot enclosed cargo trailer LOL!
