My 69 toro resto thread

So I have been busy with my toronado getting as much work done any time I get, so far Ive accomplished a lot in a few weeks.
I will be updating this thread as new projects are completed or have been challenging

and as always I welcome all suggestions and opinions and questions

Got the engine bay cleaned out still needs a couple more cleaning but definately looks better than when I got her.
Trunk got cleaned out and painted too, nre carpet put in

Did a tune up, I went with SPECTRE AIR FILTER, SUMMIT RACING CAP AND ROTOR, ACCEL ignition for my SPARK PLUGS, WIRES AND IGNITION COIL then MALLORY CONDENSER

Had to mount the coil to the firewall as the old one is still a pain to get out, the stud that holds the coil is stripped at the moment but I always wantex the coil on the firewall. Had to trace the posotive wires and loosen the up to have a longer length to reach the firewall.

More pics of the engine bay

I added a 2in chrome tips, really looks nice on the car as they stick out a bit for that bad *** look.
By the way the car is not the w-34 the previous owner converted to a true straigh dual exhaust with dual glasspacks. Very nicely done.
