Lansing-built cars are famous for not having build sheets in them. Apparently that factory was more meticulous about not leaving them in the car at the end of the assembly process. Remember that they never were meant to be a document that goes with the car to the final purchaser. It's only because of sloppiness/laziness/lax attitude/whatever at all of the other assembly plants that we have any build sheets today.
VIN breakdown: 344670M127006
3 = GM division = Oldsmobile
44 = model series = 4-4-2
67 = body type = convertible
0 = model year = 1970
M = assembly plant = Lansing MI
127006 = assembly plant sequential number
Trim Tag breakdown:
ST70 = style/model year = 1970
34467: 3 = GM division = Oldsmobile, 44 = model series = 4-4-2, 67 = body type = convertible
LAN = assembly plant = Lansing MI
229619 BDY = Fisher body production number (has no relationship with the VIN)
TR 990 = interior color and front seat type = black interior with a notch back bench seat (means the bench seat has a fold down arm rest)
75 B PNT = lower body color (75) and convertible top color (B) = matador red body color with a black convertible top
09B = time build code = September (09), second week of that month (B), 1969

Unfortunately, there is no way to get an official copy of your car's build sheet and details like you can from Pontiac Historical Services.

I sure hope not.
Look, a real build sheet is the ultimate substantiation of a rare car. Repro build sheets are simply an expedient way to "substantiate" a fake and are an open invitation for fraud.
The repro window stickers are bad enough. There is no reason to want or need a repro build sheet unless one plans to build a fake car and then try to legitimatize it.
Sorry, but that's the sad state of the hobby today.

Hopefully you read post number two above from Jaunty. All cars had a build sheet and/or Fisher Body broadcast card at the factory, but most were thrown away like they were supposed to be.

I noticed nothing was mentioned about this car being a 4-speed with a bench seat, also has power brakes and steering and power drivers mirror. also a wonder-bar radio....just a thought.
on the firewall was a marking of a square with SS written inside...any clues??
Thanks in advance....Jay
You said written? Here is a thread about firewall stampings.

It's quite possible the inspector lost or did not have his stamper and used a marker or grease pencil?
Mine is stamped BB

What thought? None of those options would be known from the info in the VIN or cowl tag. Also note that the "Wonderbar" radio was not factory-available in the A-body line, only in the full-size cars. The only factory radios were the AM, AM/FM, and AM/FM stereo. The latter two have a bar on the top of the radio that you slide from side-to-side to change from AM to FM. This is not a "wonderbar" radio. The other options you mentioned were all factory-available options that anyone could have ordered.
