I just bought a 1972 Cutlass S HT Coupe 442.

Vin # 3g87u2r153242 on car also last 6 dig # on 455
and same on 400 tranny!
Any help on the vin would be great!!!!

I do have C code heads? What should they be ?

Would the value of this car be worth a lot more bringing it back to 100% original shape? Ground up? How can you get the build sheets? is there any place to get them?

i know of one for sale for 18k.it has new paint,and interior.

You should have GA heads for a '72. U is 250 net hp 455/TH400; R is Arlington, TX assembly plant.

75B is Matador Red paint with ablack top; A51 is bucket seats.
