how rare is my '66 98 two door??

hey all, I have a 66 two door holiday 98 that seems to be loaded with options. I have been trying to find out more info about it and what i have come up with is that its a pretty rare car.
i found one website that said there were only 488 built that year! does anybody know if that is true? I can't seem to find any rock solid production numbers. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Even though the 11K does belong on the number, it still is a pretty rare model. That was the lowest production number for the whole Olds fleet that year and there are very few left on the road today. Much of the sheet metal is interchangeable with the convertible and the cars were cut up to rebuild converts. A friend of mine did that a few years back in Florida. I thought it was a sin since he was cutting up a much rarer car. It is alright to use it for a daily driver as long as you keep it in good shape. The down side is the fuel milage compared with something newer. Enjoy it! By the way, where are you located in Jersey. I am off exit 3 of I-195 just east of Trenton.

haha ya fuel mileage is a little bit more than a new car... but my shop is about a half mile from my house so i don't exactly have a commute. That helps me afford driving a 10mpg cruiser everyday. Good point about the lowest production of that year bigolds!
I'm in north jersey. By Lake hopatcong exit 26 off rt 80

It's been a while since i've seen a two-door '66 98. It's a nice-looking car, and looong-looking when viewed from the side.
