1971 Cutlass hidden serial number

I believe that they stamped a serial number on the frame of the 1971 Cutlass. Does anyone know the loaction? Regards, Trent

I've heard it is on the top of the frame under the drivers door, or in that vicinity.

Here's a thread with pictures of a 1972 frame. Not sure if the Vista Cruisers had the same locations, but its a place to start looking.
