Hello, I want to add a rear sway bar to my 71 cutlass supreme. The car has a one inch bar on front, what size should I consider on the rear? Thank you for your input.

 

Summit Racing has their own branded powdercoated sway bars for A-bodies - I have their 1" rear bar on my '72 ragtop -

I recommend 7/8" for less oversteer.

 

I'll disagree. The A-body cars are understeering pigs from the factory. You WANT more oversteer. Herb Adams regularly put 1.5" bars on the back and 1 3/8" on the front. Of course, tires also matter, especially if you have big-'n-littles.
