I can get Moog here just wanted to know what some guys are using front and rear part numbers Looking to stay near the stock ride height

Spring Replacement for W-31
I'm in the same boat as Ryan, looking for replacement springs that are close to FE2 for my '70 W-31. The part number tag is still attached to my front spring: #401420.

I got my front springs at Rock Auto. Changed them out when I redid the front suspension (shocks, bushings, ball joints, etc.). Ride height went back to normal (stock) height...was sagging prior to that.

Where are you located.. I have front and rears just sitting in my garage taking up space. Used, but in fine shape. I always thought they looked to high which is why I replaced them. But it was stock height.

My car has Moog 5536 in front and PST "442" springs in back (I think they are equivalent to Moog 5409s).
Here's some spring info I archived a while back:
> 5390 small block - no AC
> wire diameter = 0.650"
> load height = 11.000"
> load = 1952 pounds
> rate per inch = 336 pounds
> free height = 16.808"

> 5382 big block - no AC, small block - AC
> wire diameter = 0.660"
> load height = 11.000"
> load = 2066 pounds
> rate per inch = 360 pounds
> free height = 16.724"

> 5400 big block - AC
> wire diameter = 0.660"
> load height = 11.000"
> load = 2167 pounds
> rate per inch = 360 pounds
> free height = 17.004"

> 5536 442 small block - AC - heavy duty, 442 big block - no AC - heavy duty

Springs for FE2 Suspension
Ryan,
The page in my assembly manual referring to the rear suspension springs (bad photocopy) appears to show part # '9788448 NK' for the rear spring. This was also confirmed by Coil Springs Specialties out of KS, whom I've now ordered front and rears. The FE2 or (442) suspension sits almost an inch lower. See attached charts: (P.S.--Site would not allow me to up load 4meg files) Will email them if you would like to see them.
Remind you, I have a W-31, series 3360, model 87, w/FE2 Suspension Package, w/o AC.
