I pulled my 73 350 rocket out of a donor car to drop into my 80 cutlass. I wanted to use the stock manifolds but have dual exhaust. The only problem im having is finding the exhaust block off plate for the passenger side manifold. The one i did find said it would only work on a 68-72 olds 350, im pretty sure it would work but was wanting someone with a little more knowledge than me to give their opinion!

It is the same one, I used on my 73 350. It will work.

 

One more question then, it may sound stupid but i would use it to block off the port where the crossover pipe connected on the passenger side exhaust manifold right?

This cap will work on every RWD SBO passenger side manifold from 1964-1990, including the tubular manifolds on the 1985-1990 307s with 7A heads.
