Can you guys shed some light on actual int/exh duration vs advertised int/exh duration,what durations are suitable for daily driving yet worthy of the strip, & what rocker arm ratios best compliment said durations? I know that The camshaft is but 1 peice of a massive puzzle , but plz humor me. I've been doing a lot of homework but still find this subject confusing.

 

Just go to any of the cam manufacturers websites. There's a lot of good info there.
Beyond that, once you finalize your combo and desires then you can get into it a bit deeper.
