350 rocket identification

hey guys, i need to know what year engine this is?the block # is 39558-2.i checked 442.com but the # is not there.i appreciate the help.

Check the first digit on the oil filler tube, also see the first digit on the VIN derivative stamped on the block.

The number is not there because you copied it down wrong. The casting number is 395558 2, and it was used on every single Olds 350 block cast between 1968 and 1976.
